All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on “submit” on the final page of our ordering process.

We endeavour to deliver all goods within 7 working days.

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party, you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. See payments and refunds section.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will refund the purchase price in full, provided that (a) the item(s) are returned within 30 days of receipt, and (b) the item(s) are returned in new, unused and resaleable condition and with all original packaging and labelling intact. Please note that items are returned at the sender's cost and risk and we advise you to return the items via a traceable service.
